About Chain:
The default length of all necklace is 18"-20", but the customers can request to adjust length to any size, it is free. Sometimes, the original chain may not be able to be adjusted for some reason, I will change to a silmilar chain without notification. If you are concerned with the original chain, please contact me whether it will be changed when you request to adjust the length.
About delivery:
All order will be mailed out by registered air mail, require signature. The postman will leave a notice at your door or mail box if you are not at home when they deliver. You need to call for redelivery or pick up it at the post office after you get the notice. But sometimes the notice may be pick up by unknown people or placed at wrong place, please be sure to contact me if you can not get your order at the expected delivery time. I can help to track your parcel and it is my pleasure to help to resolve the problem. I will ensure each order safe.
